Step 1: Tell Us About Your Trip
Every flight starts with a conversation.
Through the form on our website, our Charter Team will learn about your trip, including:
- Number of passengers
- Luggage or oversized baggage requirements
- Any special accommodations
- Pets that may be traveling with you
- Whether your trip requires multiple stops
The more we understand your mission, the better we can tailor the flight to your needs.
Step 2: We Match You with the Right Aircraft
Not every trip requires the same aircraft. Our team considers your passenger count, flight distance, luggage needs, budget, airport accessibility, weather, and any unique mission requirements to determine the best fit.
Because Air New England operates its own fleet while also having access to a trusted network of aircraft, we can recommend the aircraft that’s best suited for your trip—not simply the one that’s available.
Step 3: Receive Your Quote
Once we’ve built your itinerary, we’ll provide a detailed quote outlining:
- Aircraft selected
- Flight schedule
- Estimated flight time
- Pricing
- Additional services requested
Our Charter Team is available to answer questions and make adjustments before your trip is finalized. We can also help coordinate additional details for your trip, including ground transportation and rental cars, hotel accommodations, and onboard catering, so you have one point of contact for more than just the flight.
Step 4: Confirm Your Flight
Once your itinerary is approved, our team gets to work coordinating the details behind the scenes. From flight scheduling and crew coordination to aircraft preparation, airport logistics, and passenger communication, we work to ensure everything is ready before your day of travel arrives.

Step 5: Before You Fly
Unlike commercial airlines, private aviation is designed around your schedule.
Before departure, you’ll receive everything you need via email, including:
- Departure airport (FBO) information
- Arrival instructions
- Estimated boarding time
- Parking details
- Any updates regarding your itinerary
Our team remains available if your plans change.
Step 6: Arrive at the Private Terminal & Board Your Aircraft
On the day of your flight, you’ll arrive at a Fixed Base Operator (FBO), or private terminal, rather than a commercial airline terminal. Forget crowded terminals, long security lines, and arriving hours before departure. Instead, expect convenient parking, a comfortable passenger lounge, minimal waiting, and a quick boarding process.
When your aircraft is ready, you’ll be escorted directly to the airplane, where your crew will welcome you aboard, assist with luggage, review any necessary safety information, and prepare for departure.
From arrival at the FBO to boarding your aircraft, the process is often measured in minutes rather than hours.
Step 7: Enjoy the Flight
Now it’s time to relax.
Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, you can settle into a spacious, quiet cabin with personalized service and a schedule built around your trip. Private aviation also gives you access to thousands of airports beyond those served by commercial airlines, often allowing you to land closer to where you actually need to be.

Step 8: We Get You to Your Final Destination
Whether your trip is a direct flight or requires multiple aircraft or destinations, Air New England coordinates the journey from departure through your final arrival.
If your itinerary requires a connection, our team manages the logistics for you. Rather than coordinating separate reservations, you’ll have one point of contact overseeing your entire mission.
Upon landing at your final destination, you’ll typically taxi directly to the FBO, where your luggage is unloaded quickly and you’re on your way.
