C510 Pilot

Air New England is a dynamic and safety-focused Part 135 charter operator based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, seeking a skilled and experienced full-time pilot to join our growing team. This position involves flying both a Citation Mustang in a variety of charter operations throughout the Northeast and beyond. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, professional pilot who is comfortable operating PIC in a Citation Mustang, meets all Part 135 PIC requirements, and has additional multi-engine time.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as PIC in a Citation Mustang Dual Pilot
Conduct pre-flight planning, aircraft inspections, and ensure compliance with all regulations and company procedures
Operate safely and efficiently in a single-pilot environment
Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers and clients
Maintain accurate flight logs and submit required reports in a timely manner
Coordinate with maintenance and scheduling personnel to ensure flight readiness and operational efficiency
Represent the company with professionalism at all times

Minimum Requirements:

2,000 hours total time- No less
350 hours multi-engine
FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with Airplane Multi-Engine Land and Instrument Rating
Must meet 135.243(c) PIC minimums
Have a 135.293/297 or 61.56/instrument proficiency check within the last 6 months
Current First-Class Medical Certificate
Must hold a current U.S. Passport with unrestricted travel
Strong knowledge of IFR operations in the Northeast and New England weather
Excellent communication, decision-making, and CRM skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
Must live within 1 hour driving distance of KPSM airport

Preferred Qualifications:

2,000 hours total time
500 hours multi-engine time-strict requirement
Larger amounts of multi-engine turbine time are a plus!
Previous Part 135 PIC experience
Time in type in Citation

C510 Pilot

Position Scope:

The Aviation Charter Services Specialist manages all aspects of private charter trips, including client communication, quoting, scheduling, and logistical coordination such as fuel, ground transport, and catering. This role ensures a seamless experience from inquiry to post-flight follow-up while supporting operational and sales functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

We are hiring for a full-time position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering timely and efficient responses via phone and email.
Assess client travel preferences and requirements to devise tailor-made travel solutions.
Generate precise and thorough travel quotes, ensuring all financial elements such as costs, taxes, and profit margins are considered.
Manage all facets of flight operations including: planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination (fuel, FBO services, catering, and ground transportation).
Maintain proactive communication with clients about flight updates, delays, and potential changes, while offering effective alternatives.
Employ real-time tracking systems to monitor flights, preempt disruptions, and swiftly relay any critical updates.
Assist with sales, marketing, and data entry tasks as needed.
Ensure aircraft are immaculately maintained and prepared for flights.
Take on additional responsibilities as required to support team and organizational objectives.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Preferred: background in aviation or charter sales.
Must pass an initial drug test and be able to receive a Portsmouth International Airport badge.
This hybrid role requires commuting to our Portsmouth, NH offices 4-5 days a week, schedule will require some nights, weekends, and holidays.
Candidates should enjoy a team-centered environment and be able to collaboratively and respectfully work with peers, supervisors, and employees from our sister companies.

Charter Sales & Operations Coordinator

Position Scope:

This is a fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You’ll play an important role in coordinating private aircraft charter flights, supporting business development, managing government contracting opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to our clients from their first inquiry through the completion of every trip.

Primary Responsibilities:

Charter Sales & Client Support

Prepare charter quotes, proposals, flight itineraries, and customer presentations.
Research aircraft availability and compare operator quotes to identify the best solutions.
Manage customer communications, CRM records, follow-ups, onboarding, and trip documentation.

Flight Operations

Coordinate aircraft schedules with operators and FBOs.
Arrange passenger services, including ground transportation, rental cars, hotels, and catering.
Track flights before, during, and after each mission.
Confirm passenger manifests, required documentation, and special requests.
Assist with international trip planning, customs, and permit coordination.

Business Development

Research prospective clients, industries, and partnership opportunities.
Conduct outbound phone and email outreach to generate new business.
Maintain prospect pipelines within the CRM and schedule introductory meetings.
Assist with marketing initiatives and build long-term client and referral relationships.
Track outreach efforts and sales performance to improve conversion rates.

Government Contracting

Monitor government procurement portals for aviation opportunities.
Assist with preparing and submitting proposals, quotations, and capability statements.
Build relationships with Contracting Officers, Small Business Offices, and agency personnel.
Expand and maintain Symphony Private Jets’ nationwide network of qualified Part 135 operators.
Maintain proposal, contract, and past performance records while ensuring contract requirements are met.

Administrative & Operational Support

Maintain aircraft, operator, vendor, and customer databases.
Research airports, FBOs, aircraft capabilities, and regulatory requirements.
Organize company records, track operational tasks, and improve internal workflows.
Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

Preferred Experience:

Aviation, charter brokerage, logistics, sales, or customer service experience.
Experience using CRM software.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with Part 135 operations or government contracting is a plus but is not required
